We’re so excited to introduce our next Lulalu Lady of the Month, Cait!

From weightlifting to painting to passion-fueled content creation, Cait embodies what it means to live confidently and unapologetically—on her own terms.⁠

Tell us about yourself. What makes you, you?

I’m a little bit of everything…weight lifter by morning, marketer by day, content creator by passion, and I love expressing myself through abstract painting, writing, and makeup.

Pop punk raised me, and I’ve never really liked following the rules. Lately, I’ve been deep in my Romantasy era (give me fey, vampires, and dragons or give me nothing). I like being well-rounded! Itkeeps life interesting.

Is there an important challenge you've faced and conquered?

It sounds cliché, but feeling comfortable in my skin took time. I had acne at 10, braces, a solid frame, and never really fit the typical mold, especially with a smaller chest. But with time comes perspective. I’ve learned how to use my body to my advantage, and building muscle has been incredibly rewarding. And honestly, I wouldn’t trade the small boobs—they make life easier, and I’ve stopped caring about what’s “normal.”

The 30s have been good to me. A quiet kind of glow-up.

How has Lulalu positively impacted your life?

I love being able to show my audience that there are options out there. Growing up, I didn’t see many girls who looked like me when it came to bras, so finding Lulalu felt like finally being included in the conversation. Now I get to pass that on and honestly, helping other women feel seen and supported (literally) has been one of the most rewarding parts.

My favorite bra is the Cora bra because I tend to wear a lot of unique tops, and I need a strapless bra that can work underneath them! I like that it comes with convertible straps for different fits. Plus it fits! Which is hard to come by for a strapless bra4. What is your favorite thing about the brand as a whole?

My favorite thing about the brand is OPTIONS. I love that there is more than one bra to choose from and they come in multiple colors. Small chested ladies went from having no options to multiple! And that’s a great feeling.

Any tips or words of wisdom to help other Lulalu Ladies feel inspired or empowered?

You are not less of a woman because of the size of your chest.
